Chaching: Bundles & Discounts ("the App") is provided by Chaching Apps ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when a Shopify merchant installs and uses the App.
Summary: We do not collect, store, or process any customer personal data. The only data we keep is the bundle configuration the merchant creates and aggregate, non-identifying analytics (orders, revenue, conversion) shown back to the merchant in their own dashboard. All data is deleted within 30 days of uninstall.
We only store what is strictly necessary to run the App on the merchant's behalf:
We do not collect, store, sell, or process any personally identifiable customer information. Customer email addresses, names, shipping addresses, payment methods, and IP addresses are never persisted by the App.

We retain shop, configuration, and analytics data for as long as the App is installed. When a merchant uninstalls the App, we delete the OAuth token immediately and purge bundle configuration within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
We honor the Shopify-mandated compliance webhooks customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact. Because the App does not store any customer information, both customer-scoped webhooks return immediately with no data. The shop/redact webhook triggers full deletion of every row associated with the shop (bundles, A/B tests, analytics, sessions).
All traffic to and from the App is served over TLS. OAuth access tokens are stored encrypted at rest in a MySQL database accessible only to the App service. We follow the Shopify App Store security requirements.
The App's embedded admin UI uses Shopify session cookies for authentication. The on-storefront widget does not set cookies.
